Returns
emSketch is a print-on-demand company, which means we keep no inventory and all products are unique and produced only when ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong item, size, color, or simply change your mind.
To be eligible for a return, product(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and provide a clear photo showing the issue. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes. There is no need to return the damaged product(s).
For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
Refunds
Once your return is received and the corresponding photo(s) and/or video(s) of the damaged product(s) is reviewed, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or reprint.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to the nature of our dropshipping process. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order. You do not need to return the product to us.
How to Request a Return
To start a return or report a damaged product, please contact our customer support team at customersupport@emsketch.com with your order number, issue details, and supporting documentation (images, video).
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund once your claim is verified.
